PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICES

If you are renovating a house or building a villa and looking to buy furniture, artwork, home accessories, lighting and decoration from Bali, or if you are a hotel owner looking to buy products for hotel and restaurant procurement, we can help with all your personal shopping and shipping needs.

Personal Shopping Trips
With this personal shopping trip, you will be accompanied by our account manager to shop around and be introduced to various suppliers and manufacturers that suit your needs. During the trip, our account manager will negotiate the lowest possible prices, take pictures, make detailed records of all items considered, includes all suppliers visited, details of items, colors, sizes and prices. You can buy items that are ready stock or you can order special items based on your specifications.
At the end of the trip, our account manager prepares all details of your trip which includes a list of items considered, ready stock items purchased and items that must be ordered. Within the next two or three days all details of your items will be sent to you via email for your final choice. You then email us the final list of items that you are going to buy or order. After receiving the final list of selected items, we send you a Proforma Invoice.

Purchase & Ordering
During the trip you can buy any ready stock item. Usually stock items are limited and can be sold at any time. Our account manager will help you negotiate the best prices and check the condition of the items you want to buy. Down payment to hold the items can be made directly to the supplier, balance payment at the time of pickup. You may need to order items that are not available in stock, or order special items based on your specifications need. Production time for ordered items usually takes 4-5 weeks depending on complexity and weather when the order is placed.

Payment
When we receive the final list of items that you want to buy or order, we send you a Proforma Invoice contains details of the items purchased, agency fees, insurance and shipping costs. Payment of your purchase and order can be done by international bank transfer. You can make a full payment or at least 50% of the invoice, the remaining payments is payable upon completion of goods prior to shipping. We will send pictures of completed goods to give you peace of mind.

Collection & Packing
Collection and packing of goods begins after the remaining payment is paid, and a full quality control inspection has been carried out, such as checking the color, size, finish, construction and moisture content. We have experienced team for packing your goods safely for shipment. The packing process takes up to two weeks, depending on the quantity and model of the goods.

Shipping
Please note that all shipments are made by sea unless otherwise requested.
We offer you very competitive shipping rates as we have established strong business relationships with major freight forwarders or shipping lines. We can arrange all your shipping requirements from full container load (FCL) to less than container load (LCL). We provide all necessary shipping documents for export clearance and coordinates with shipping lines to arrange the shipment of your goods to your destination. After your shipment leaves Bali, you will be given details of our customs agent in your country or region for customs clearance (if you do not have one). They will contact you when your goods arrive and give you details of the import fees charged. We will send to you by courier all original shipping documents required for customs clearance (Commercial invoice, COO, BL, Fumigation certificate, etc) within two weeks after the shipment leaves the port of Surabaya Indonesia and we continue monitoring the shipment until you receive the goods in your hands.
PLEASE NOTE: you are obliged for shipping insurance of 2.5% of the value of declared goods.

Our Service Charges
Personal Shopping Trip Charges:
Daily trip charge is based on 8 hours a day and will be billed to you every day at the end of the trip.
Agent Fee:
We offer the most competitive service fees percentage based on your total invoice of goods and packaging without hidden fees. Our fees are for order placement, production monitoring, progress reporting, quality control inspections, collection & packing, clearance documents and shipping.
