Q: What actually Bali Sourcing Agent does?
A: We assist overseas buyers to find quality products at affordable prices from Bali Indonesia, whether you are private buyers who are looking for home decor, teak furniture, artwork, and accessories to furnish your home and villa, or hotel owners to buy products for their hotel and restaurant procurement. Online retailers or startups businesses are looking for quality unique items for online stores, and for wholesalers or new importers looking for quality products in large volumes at very competitive prices to expand their product offerings and increase their margins. Our services cover all aspects including; finding appropriate suppliers or manufacturers, price negotiations, order management, monitoring of production progress, quality control, collection of goods from suppliers, packaging, handling of export-import documents and arranging shipments.

Q: I want to buy and import some products from Indonesia for very first time, is it possible for you to help?
A: Since 2005 we have helped buyers from all over the world to import various products from Indonesia. And, because we do this regularly, you can be assured that you will have far less hassle than if you try to do it for yourself.

Q: We have worked with several suppliers in Indonesia for many different products. Can you help us monitoring them, conduct quality control, and arrange the shipment?
A: Yes absolutely, as this is exactly what we do. We will consolidate your order as one, production monitoring, product inspection, manage payment, collection of goods and arrange shipment.

Q: I will come to Bali next week to buy some furniture and home décor for my new house. Do you have an idea where I should go?

Q: I have bought furniture in Bali and would like to find a reliable forwarder company to handle this shipment since I was not happy with previous forwarder company.
A: Yes we will be happy to help to manage your shipment. We offer you with a very competitive rates for both air and sea freight, we have established strong business relationships with major freight forwarders or shipping lines. We can arrange all your shipping requirements from full container load (FCL) to less than container load (LCL), airfreight and international post courier.

Q: I am very interested in importing handicrafts from Indonesia but I have no time to come to Indonesia. Is it possible for you to source them for me?
A: Yes absolutely, simply provide us with as much information as possible, such as: product sketch or image with the specifications including the materials, colors, size, etc and we will set about sourcing those items as well as sending you a price quote. Q: I have produced some products at some suppliers in Bali. Is it possible to handle the shipment including all the documents needed?
A: Yes we can. We are partnering with major freight forwarders or shipping lines based on destination countries therefore we can obtain the lowest rate for both air and sea shipments. And we are always up to date with the latest regulations and import-export requirements to various countries.

Q: Secure packaging is very important for me, I want to know how you pack the items.
A: We chose the safest packing materials based on the characteristics of each product, including product size, weight, shape and materials used, to ensure the product arrives in good condition. We use bubble pack to protect fragile items, corrugated cardboard and corner protection for furniture, plastic bags and carton boxes for garment and handicraft products, wooden crate made for heavy items such as large stone sculptures, etc. We can also provide special packaging with additional accessories needed based on request.

Q: Why do I need Quality Control?
A: Yes absolutely, to ensure your goods delivered have the same specification and quality as those ordered.

Q: How you do the QC?
A: Our quality control measures are the best and of a high standard as we carry out quality checks including raw materials used, middle production, workmanship quality, quality of finish, color, size and moisture content. We perform quality inspection at production facilities of each vendor, starting from raw material selection, middle production, final production, pre-shipping until goods are loaded into container. For furniture items, our experienced QC team look for any possible defects in the actual construction of the product, strength of joints, gaps in joints, proper use of nails and screws, as well as, checking the function of each part such as doors, drawers, etc. Please see our Quality Control Inspections section for more details.

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Production lead times vary according to the number and type of items ordered, and greatly of time of the year when orders are placed. Production times usually take 45 to 70 days for most of the items. All goods are made to order. At the time of order we will send you a pro-forma invoice and advise you of the specific delivery schedule. Our production and delivery time frame estimations start from the day of receiving of funds as a deposit

Q: What is your price terms offered?
A: Our standard price terms offered is FOB port of Surabaya Indonesia. The buyer may also ask prices based on ex-works, CF and CIF.

Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Our minimum order quantity is a 20ft container of mixed products.
