We resumed our sourcing services for overseas customers.
We started our services normally covering product sourcing, order fulfillment and shipping for overseas customers with very strict health safety protocols related to the COVID-19 pandemic. We, together with the vendors and all staff involved, ensure the safety of our vendors, staff and customers, starting from the goods produced and packaged to the process of sending goods to customers must be safe and free from Covid-19. We continue to adapt our business and are committed to the safety of our employees, customers and communities as our top priority.
As for our buying trip service, it is still not available until further notice.

We are still operating for customers with limited services until further notice.
The coronavirus pandemic has affected our daily lives in Bali after the coronavirus has spread to all provinces in Indonesia. The government has placed restrictions on non-essential activities. During this restriction our Sourcing & Buying Trips services are temporarily unavailable, whilst we can still accept and work on orders and samples.
We have been inundated with requests for price quotes from customers who are temporarily unable to come to Bali therefore we may need more time than usual to work on them depending on the current situation.
Please note that all orders currently running on production may be delayed.

Our main concern is for the safety of our staff and our customers to receive goods, and we have been working hard to ensure our warehouse and working environment is in line with government requirements.
